This webpage is your go-to resource as everyone transitions from interacting with students face-to-face in classrooms to Remote Learning.
WHAT WILL REMOTE LEARNING LOOK LIKE AT ESHS?
All parents & students (via Aspen emails & newsletter listserv) will receive links to weekly plans for classes and faculty availability. All documents will provide links and will also be posted on Google Classroom. Including assessment expectations, grading policies, time commitment, etc.
ESHS WILL PROVIDE CHROMEBOOKS TO STUDENTS WHO NEED TECHNOLOGY TO ACCESS GOOGLE CLASSROOM DURING THE SCHOOL CLOSURE.
We understand that technology in this unique situation can help students engage in learning materials. Please see below for the information about how to use a Chromebook from ESHS. Chromebooks will be distributed on a first-come basis. Please share this information with ESHS students & families who may not receive emails! Please click here if you need to utilize an ESHS Chromebook during the school closure.
WHAT: Students can pick-up a Chromebook (& charger) to use during the school closure. Students will return the Chromebook within 48 hours of the return to school date to their Seminar Teacher (currently May 1st).
WHEN: Chromebooks will be available for pick-up during food distribution hours: 9 am - 1 pm Monday - Friday
WHERE: Distribution will happen at the Gymnatorium Entrance (Door #13). Distribution is done by individual time slots to minimize social contact and respect social distancing protocols. Please complete the survey here and we will schedule a time for you and your student to pick up the Chromebook.
WHAT TO BRING: The ESHS student must bring their student ID with a parent/guardian listed in Aspen with their state ID or Driver's license. The student and parent/guardian will sign the Chromebook Contract .

EMAIL/GOOGLE PASSWORD RESET
Students who have expired CPS passwords will need them reset. Please email Technology Coordinator Mr. Shaun Banks (SBanks23@cps.edu) to reset your password.
